| Requirements to be pre qualified: |

Fill out and submit the Rental Application, including the credit request form. |
| 2. |
Pay $35 per individual to evaluate your credit. Payment can be made by cash or credit card (via our credit check form). |

With a satisfactory credit report, we can start searching for properties. |
Why do we require pre qualification before showing any properties? |

Without any bearing on current credit standing, or information on the client, it is very difficult to match potential properties. Since most properties are individually owned or operated, each owner has different requirements as to what they are looking for in a future tenant (credit worthiness, pets allowed?, roommates allowed?, how soon client is willing to move in. |

We are professional real estate agents with a history of more than fifthteen years who are available for serious clients. We do not serve to inquirers who are just curious to see a certain property. If you’re serious enough to follow our pre qualification process, we will match that by giving you unsurpassed service in assisting you to find your ideal home. |
How do we assist you in finding your home? |

We discuss with you to find out where you would like to reside (city, county), (single, townhouse, condo) to help narrow our search. |

After narrowing down the location and type of property, date of move-in. We can better link you to a property that we can filter through a wide range of databases (public, private) to find you an ideal home. |

We begin by sending you pictures, virtual tours, of the property, eliminating unnecessary driving or house hunting in our overly congested metropolitan area. Because time equals money, we want to save as much time for the clients as for our agents. It is more ideal in the sense that we can send you pictures of 4-5 properties in less than a minute where as if we were to drive to those individual locations, it would cost us a whole day. |

If you find the any homes interesting and want to see it in person, we will come out and show you the property. (No agent will come out and meet a client on a 30 minute notice except us. We have a team of 80+ agents who are able and willing to meet with a client at your convenience. If you are new to the area or even working near a metro, we can even pick you up to view a property during lunch time for example. |
